BEDROOM CHATS

Abigail and George have been married for close to 20 years. What was once a passionate union had soured into a routine, resentment, and mutual disdain. Bound together in a marriage in community of property, both secretly dream of escape, but neither can lose the material comforts that comes with the union. They have now found solace in social media and chatting with strangers. They each quietly plot the other’s death. Convinced is the only way to freedom. Each partner hatches an evil plan which they think will liberate them from the other. When both schemes collide, their world implodes in a tragic and ironic twist leaving the audience to reflect on the fine line between dependency and doom.
