To Mo & Phindi, Marriage is a Dance.

Marriage is a romantic dance of give and take. A picture of lead and follow that comprises routines that are not only unique to the couple, but that are practiced over a long-time in order for the couple to finally find their own harmonious rhythm that is poetic and powerful.

Following the highly successful run of the production in Durban, Mo & Phindi decided to take their artistic marriage seminar to Joburg, Soweto Theatre. Using principles of partner dance, The Marriage Dance with Mo & Phindi provides the audience with fresh, romantic and powerful principles in an embrace of the uniqueness of men and women. .

The Marriage Dance with Mo & Phindi is a unique, first of its kind marriage seminar that is creatively presented with a combination of professional partner dance routines as illustration. The talk Mo & Phindi give about these dance principles is illustrated by professional dancers in a repertoire of popular romantic music. Further to the seminar talk, the audience will be treated to a range of sounds to both sing along and tap their feet ,while enjoying great entertainment and being empowered.

Instead of the top-down typical lecture approach that traditionally characterises marriage seminars, Mo & Phindi weave eight sets of professionally choreographed dance routines into marriage principles they will unpack overall in the course of their talk.

Funny, entertaining, empowering and inspirational are four distinct and powerful words that clearly sum up the seminar. For about 120 minutes, couples will enjoy this power-packed production in an awesome and unique night out on 4 September 2020 at Soweto Theatre from 6pm.

Tickets are available at Pick ‘n Pay and Webtickets for R200 per person.

“Just as an expert dance couple moves in rhythm with each other, producing a masterpiece of poetic creativity and beauty, so it is in marriage. You have to learn to master the structure, listen to the beat, and have complete trust in your spouse while being careful not to step on each other’s toes”, Mo & Phindi.
