Soweto Theatre will play host to the 1st annual Woman of Soul Session, a woman inspired event that seeks to create a networking environment for women from all walks of life to share their life experiences, challenges, advices and make new friends with like minded women.

The aim of the event is to help in bridging living standards between women through music and talk whilst highlighting challenges that are faced by African women.

One of the main objectives of the event is to mobilise women to collect sanitary towels for needy girls in partnership with For the Princess campaign (a JOZI FM CSI Campaign), to collect school shoes for school girls and to raze fund towards costs of counselling services for abused woman and children.

The 2018 Woman of Soul Session will be hosted at Soweto Theatre on the 19th of August 2018, the event will start at 2pm and promises to bring women across all walks of life.

Highlights of the event will include interactive talk by and with prominent female radio present and a prominent speaker, Entertainment by Female Artists and DJ’s, female inspired exhibition stalls, open networking, food, drinks and goodie bags for all the woman who will be attending the event.

The Entertainment line up of the event will feature female only line up by prominent female Speakers, Artists and DJ’s.

Only 400 tickets will be available for sale, tickets to the event are available at Soweto theatre, Joburg Theatre, Roodeport Theatre, www.webtickets.co.za and PicknPay Hyper stores, tickets costs R400.
